As I reach the end of my years, I find I have a lot of good information stored up in this old decrepit mind of mine. If I don't write it all down, it may vanish and no one will have the advantage of my thoughts. This is why this blog exists. I love the Lord, Jesus with all my heart and soul. I know I'm undeserving of all He's done for me, but I also know that His love is beyond my comprehension. I've always wanted to write. I never kept diaries, but tucked my thoughts in my head for future reference. I use them now in creating stories, plays, poetry and my blog. I continue to learn every day. I believe the compilation of our time spent with God will have huge affect on the way we live. I know I'm a sinner and I need a Savior. I have One through Jesus, Christ. My book, "Stages - a memoir," is about the seven stages of life from the perspective of a woman. It addresses all the things girls and women go through in life as they travel it with Jesus, and it is available on Amazon.com.

LOVING SAVIOR
I’m going to tell you about love. Not the romantic love this world is so consumed with or the erotic love that humanity seems to thrive on, but true – honest – pure – selfless love. There is someone who … Continue reading

I need to be wrapped in the protection of God’s holy wings. Each pinion gently lays over me – cuddling and nurturing. The softness and strength are overwhelming. He breathes His presence upon me and gives me life. He speaks and I … Continue reading
MY LIFELINE
There are so many things in God’s Word that make no sense from a human standpoint – a virgin birth – a flood that wiped out the entire earth and its population – God writing His commandments on two tablets … Continue reading
WHAT TIME IS IT?
There’s something about losing an hour that completely throws me off. You’d think I’d be happy for the extra few minutes of sunshine and delighted that it will stay dark until 7 AM, but for me, daily savings time is … Continue reading
LIFE IN CHRIST – PEACE IN DEATH
The world is not the place for me. I long to be in heaven. When thoughts like that invade my mind, I need to be forgiven. God didn’t make me to want death. He chose me as His own. He … Continue reading

NET WHAT?
Every time I go off on politics, I get negative feedback and it’s hard for an old lady to handle negativity. Someone was once said, “Relying on the government to protect our privacy is like asking a peeping Tom to install … Continue reading
HIS HANDS
A babe so soft, a child so sweet, lay on a bed of hay, His mom looked at the dimpled hands and counted fingers at play. His hands would grow with bruises and scuffs as children often do. He used them to … Continue reading
