As I reach the end of my years, I find I have a lot of good information stored up in this old decrepit mind of mine. If I don't write it all down, it may vanish and no one will have the advantage of my thoughts. This is why this blog exists. I love the Lord, Jesus with all my heart and soul. I know I'm undeserving of all He's done for me, but I also know that His love is beyond my comprehension. I've always wanted to write. I never kept diaries, but tucked my thoughts in my head for future reference. I use them now in creating stories, plays, poetry and my blog. I continue to learn every day. I believe the compilation of our time spent with God will have huge affect on the way we live. I know I'm a sinner and I need a Savior. I have One through Jesus, Christ. My book, "Stages - a memoir," is about the seven stages of life from the perspective of a woman. It addresses all the things girls and women go through in life as they travel it with Jesus, and it is available on Amazon.com.

LAUGH & THE WORLD LAUGHS WITH YOU
A child’s laughter is one of the sweetest sounds in the world. Laughter from an elderly person with no teeth can be just as gratifying. Laughter can also indicate embarrassment, frustration or even panic. Laughter can trigger all kinds of emotions, but one thing … Continue reading

REST IN HIS ARMS
In less than a week, the Paris government has made several air attacks on ISIS and eliminated the mastermind of the tragedy which occurred last Friday. In the meantime, our president calls for calm and not reacting on emotion. Would … Continue reading

Anyone who experiences chronic pain will look at my title today and say, “Are you kidding me?” All you want is relief, but pain is usually just a signal that something needs attention. If your muscles are sore, you rest. … Continue reading
WHERE CAN WE GO TO HIDE?
The face of the world is becoming more and more hideous with time. It seems that lately the news is filled with injustice towards humanity – beheadings of children and mutilations of others. A day doesn’t go by when the headlines aren’t … Continue reading
IS THERE SUCH A THING AS PEACE?
It seems each day brings more and more news of wars and terrorism. Even in the safety of our homes we are exposed to an evil world of hatred and anger. It’s pretty hard to find any peace of mind when everything around … Continue reading
SMILE
I just discovered that today is “National Admit You’re Happy Day.” The problem is that many people aren’t happy – many have been swallowed up by debt – we live in a world of trouble – our lives don’t … Continue reading
WORRY IS A WASTE OF TIME
I’m not Jewish. I’ve acted the part of many Jewish women in my life and I’ve pretty much mastered the accent. Jesus was born a Jew and I’m willing to bet His mother worried about Him. Maybe that’s why He spent … Continue reading
YIKES!
If we were to focus too much on the events in the news, it wouldn’t take long for us to need treatment for depression. Our world is in a terrible state. Our own country is in moral decline; the world is constantly … Continue reading
LORD GIVE ME PATIENCE – RIGHT NOW!
I have always hated tests. My friends always seemed to whiz through them in school, but I struggled – struggled the point of getting blinding migraine headaches and becoming physically sick. When I took my driving exam, I remember gripping … Continue reading
