As I reach the end of my years, I find I have a lot of good information stored up in this old decrepit mind of mine. If I don't write it all down, it may vanish and no one will have the advantage of my thoughts. This is why this blog exists. I love the Lord, Jesus with all my heart and soul. I know I'm undeserving of all He's done for me, but I also know that His love is beyond my comprehension. I've always wanted to write. I never kept diaries, but tucked my thoughts in my head for future reference. I use them now in creating stories, plays, poetry and my blog. I continue to learn every day. I believe the compilation of our time spent with God will have huge affect on the way we live. I know I'm a sinner and I need a Savior. I have One through Jesus, Christ. My book, "Stages - a memoir," is about the seven stages of life from the perspective of a woman. It addresses all the things girls and women go through in life as they travel it with Jesus, and it is available on Amazon.com.

IS IT TIME FOR ANOTHER REFORMATION?
Originally posted by atimetoshare.me on 10/31/15 Throughout history the world has managed to corrupt everything that comes from God’s Word, the Bible. This distortion continues today when we hear how many churches have eliminated using the Law of God, because … Continue reading
RENAISSANCE MAN
“The first thing I ask is that people should not make use of my name, and should not call themselves Lutherans but Christians. What is Luther? The teaching is not mine. Nor was I crucified for anyone. How did … Continue reading
RUNAWAY
The air was cold and damp as Leonard Koppe and his nephew guided twelve women aboard their merchant’s wagon in the early morning hours of Holy Saturday. This band of a dozen left the comfort of the convent to flee … Continue reading
REFORMATION AND HALLOWEEN
Halloween has become a million dollar industy. In fact, we just moved to the Halloween Capitol of the World (not sure if that’s been disputed) in Anoka, Minnesota. Homes are decorated to the hilt. There have been numerous celebrations, parades and … Continue reading

I can’t help myself. I get a kick out of these memes.
REFORM IS SOMETIMES NECESSARY

THE WORD WILL REMAIN
As a historical event, reformation isn’t anything new. Changes occur all the time, but the Lutheran reformation occurred at just the perfect time in history. With the invention of the Gutenberg printing press, mass production of the Bible could be placed in the hands … Continue reading
