As I reach the end of my years, I find I have a lot of good information stored up in this old decrepit mind of mine. If I don't write it all down, it may vanish and no one will have the advantage of my thoughts. This is why this blog exists. I love the Lord, Jesus with all my heart and soul. I know I'm undeserving of all He's done for me, but I also know that His love is beyond my comprehension. I've always wanted to write. I never kept diaries, but tucked my thoughts in my head for future reference. I use them now in creating stories, plays, poetry and my blog. I continue to learn every day. I believe the compilation of our time spent with God will have huge affect on the way we live. I know I'm a sinner and I need a Savior. I have One through Jesus, Christ. My book, "Stages - a memoir," is about the seven stages of life from the perspective of a woman. It addresses all the things girls and women go through in life as they travel it with Jesus, and it is available on Amazon.com.

BEHIND CLOSED DOORS
Every day we are exposed to the evil that contaminates our world. What goes on behind closed doors is often disgusting, appalling, pitiful, inhumane and full of hatred. As I look at news events I read about a home in … Continue reading
DOES BEING A CHRISTIAN GUARANTEE A PERFECT LIFE?
I have moments when I get depressed and anxious. At times I ask God, why are certain things happening to me? Why are there still problems, sickness, confusion, fears? Why do I try to measure up to someone else – why must we … Continue reading
TEN REASONS TO CELEBRATE GRANDPARENTS
Today is National Grandparent’s Day. There isn’t nearly as much hullabaloo as occurs on Mother’s or Father’s Day, but grandparents can play an important role in your child’s life. I have compiled a list of ten reasons why : They love … Continue reading
HAS AMERICA CHANGED SINCE 9/11?
We’re coming up on the 13th anniversary of one of the most horrific attacks on America within her borders. To many of us it was a day we will never forget. To some of us – it’s just a sad … Continue reading
OUR TIME OF GRACE
If Jesus defeated the devil, why is he still allowed to walk the earth? This is a question that many folks ask of us Christians. It’s a question we Christians often ask too, especially when we see the way our … Continue reading

ANOTHER DAY OFF?

WAKE UP!
For some reason I overslept this morning. Over sleeping for me is anything later than 6AM. Now my computer is acting weird and trying to write a new post seems to be out of the question. I also have a … Continue reading

We have so many things in our lives which cause confusion. We try to decide which college to attend – who to marry – how many children to have – where to live – what our goals are. Everything can become … Continue reading
DELIVER US FROM EVIL
Someone once wisely said, “Relying on the government to protect your privacy is like asking a peeping Tom to install your window blinds.” Every day we hear about how our privacy is being invaded. The internet, the IRS and identity … Continue reading
IMAGINE
Have you ever looked at clouds and watched “them come to life right before your eyes? It’s something most of us do as children, but can still enjoy as we grow older. Last night as we were driving home, I … Continue reading
