As I reach the end of my years, I find I have a lot of good information stored up in this old decrepit mind of mine. If I don't write it all down, it may vanish and no one will have the advantage of my thoughts. This is why this blog exists. I love the Lord, Jesus with all my heart and soul. I know I'm undeserving of all He's done for me, but I also know that His love is beyond my comprehension. I've always wanted to write. I never kept diaries, but tucked my thoughts in my head for future reference. I use them now in creating stories, plays, poetry and my blog. I continue to learn every day. I believe the compilation of our time spent with God will have huge affect on the way we live. I know I'm a sinner and I need a Savior. I have One through Jesus, Christ. My book, "Stages - a memoir," is about the seven stages of life from the perspective of a woman. It addresses all the things girls and women go through in life as they travel it with Jesus, and it is available on Amazon.com.

ANGELIC MIRACLES . . .
We hear a lot about angels at this time of year. We don’t have the benefit of actually seeing them, but I can attest to the fact that they exist. There have been so many angels that came to our … Continue reading
WONDROUS MIRACLES. . .
It was the Christmas of 2019. Our children from South Carolina were coming to home to share in this wonderful holiday with us. All the decorations were in place. Our little tree was filled with ornaments we’d collected over the … Continue reading
UNDESERVED MIRACLES . . .
In Bible times, miracles were nothing new. The entire story of creation was nothing short of a miracle from God. Moses led the children of Israel out of bondage by the strength of God’s miraculous deeds. Jesus showed His divine … Continue reading
UNEXPLAINED MIRACLES
It was a bleak December. Snow covered the ground, but had been soiled by the salt on the road. The skies held ominous clouds. Another storm was on the horizon. In my heart, December had always been a time of … Continue reading
GOD IS AWESOME . . .
POETRY BY KATHY BOECHER The word, “awesome,” is rather over-used today. When we wish to express amazement, surprisingly stunning, miraculous are words that display this kind of feeling or outcome in our lives. To say you did an awesome job, … Continue reading
THE MESSIAH IS HERE – PART 2
The characters in these daily postings are fictional. I enjoy understanding the makeup of various characters – how they dress – how they talk – what they think and how they relate to others. The stories are taken from actual … Continue reading
UP A TREE
He was the chief tax collector of Jericho. He was also a descendant of Abraham. His own people despised him because tax collectors were considered corrupt as well as traitors to their own people. Zacchaeus was also short – very … Continue reading
WHY DO I BELIEVE IN MIRACLES?
The Advent and Christmas seasons are filled with miracles – unexpected, undeserved and often unbelievable. What are we to do with these amazing events? I happen to believe that miracles happen every day and if we look for them, we’re … Continue reading
LOOKING OUT THE WINDOW – PART FOUR – A LIGHT IN THE WINDOW
This is the final episode of looking through a window. It seems rather fitting, as we are now in the season of Advent. Our focus should be on the fulfillment of God’s promise to all people, when He sent His … Continue reading
THE TRUE MIRACLE WORKER

EXPECT MIRACLES
As we push through life we can see miracles occurring all around us. They might happen at the right time – they’re answered prayers – they encourage us to go on – they give us something to look forward to. The greatest miracle … Continue reading
UNBELIEVABLE MIRACLES
Most miracles are unbelievable, unexplainable events which rely totally on faith to accept them. The miracles of Jesus – the Virgin birth – the Resurrection – impossible healings – provision – each on difficult to see. A discovery is made for … Continue reading
UNEXPECTED MIRACLES
Most miracles don’t come like a flash of lightning or words written in the sky. However, we know that Jesus performed some pretty amazing ones during His ministry – like walking on water – changing water into wine – and giving … Continue reading
I BELIEVE IN MIRACLES
“Miracles are a retelling in small letters of the very same story which is written across the whole world in letters too large for some of us to see. C. S. Lewis The word, “MIRACLE” has a few definitions, but … Continue reading
A WEDDING TO REMEMBER
Weddings are a time of reunion in our family. The young couple had pledged their love – food was served – relatives had arrived from all over. It was a homecoming of sorts – the first time I’d seen my son … Continue reading
