As I reach the end of my years, I find I have a lot of good information stored up in this old decrepit mind of mine. If I don't write it all down, it may vanish and no one will have the advantage of my thoughts. This is why this blog exists. I love the Lord, Jesus with all my heart and soul. I know I'm undeserving of all He's done for me, but I also know that His love is beyond my comprehension. I've always wanted to write. I never kept diaries, but tucked my thoughts in my head for future reference. I use them now in creating stories, plays, poetry and my blog. I continue to learn every day. I believe the compilation of our time spent with God will have huge affect on the way we live. I know I'm a sinner and I need a Savior. I have One through Jesus, Christ. My book, "Stages - a memoir," is about the seven stages of life from the perspective of a woman. It addresses all the things girls and women go through in life as they travel it with Jesus, and it is available on Amazon.com.

INTERNATIONAL NINJA DAY
I always thought it would be cool to be a Ninja – to have the agility, the elasticity to glide over roof tops, leap stealthily from house to house with the greatest of ease. I suppose it may have to … Continue reading

THROW BACK THURSDAY – MY GREAT GRANDPARENTS
Today is Throw Back Thursday. I chose to pull this picture out today, because I wonder what these two would think of our country in its current state. They were a wonderful couple – one that meant stability to me. … Continue reading

WHEN WILL IT END
This election may be the first in the history of the United States that is not settled by the people. In fact, this election was set up long before the campaign ads began, when a nonpolitical candidate entered the mix. … Continue reading
IN WHOM DO YOU TRUST?
In these final days leading up to the election, we’re hearing claims that if elected, there will be a more aggressive approach to curing COVID19. We are also hearing a very optimistic view that this too will end. Who ever … Continue reading
OVERWHELMED
Everywhere you go, whether it be a church, a family gathering, an election booth a grocery store, it seems a huge black cloud is hanging over us. The every day events of living have lost their joy. Faces are hidden … Continue reading
NEVER GIVE UP
I’ve used this image before, because it shows a sense of determination that we all need right now. It would be the easy way out for us to fall into the temptation of self-pity or depression. We have reason to … Continue reading
SUNDAY MORNING PRAYER
Dear, Holy, Father, It seems strange to be coming to worship you virtually. Unfortunately this is the way of the world right now. When I think about our relationship, it really has nothing to do with the physical edifice of … Continue reading
TIME FOR TOLERANCE
Tolerance is described in the dictionary as a fair, objective, and permissive attitude toward those whose opinions, practices, race, religion, nationality, etc., differ from one’s own; freedom from bigotry. The opposite of being tolerant is to be narrow minded, unbending, … Continue reading

ONE GETS WHAT ONE DESERVES
Melodrama is the genre that’s completely black and white. Good is good and evil is evil. There’s no question about who are the good guys and the bad. I used to perform in a melodrama theatre. There was the typical … Continue reading
