As I reach the end of my years, I find I have a lot of good information stored up in this old decrepit mind of mine. If I don't write it all down, it may vanish and no one will have the advantage of my thoughts. This is why this blog exists. I love the Lord, Jesus with all my heart and soul. I know I'm undeserving of all He's done for me, but I also know that His love is beyond my comprehension. I've always wanted to write. I never kept diaries, but tucked my thoughts in my head for future reference. I use them now in creating stories, plays, poetry and my blog. I continue to learn every day. I believe the compilation of our time spent with God will have huge affect on the way we live. I know I'm a sinner and I need a Savior. I have One through Jesus, Christ. My book, "Stages - a memoir," is about the seven stages of life from the perspective of a woman. It addresses all the things girls and women go through in life as they travel it with Jesus, and it is available on Amazon.com.

JULIE’S FRIDAY FUNNY
Poor, dear, Yoda. Not only speak he cannot, spelling his worse nightmare is.
MIND WHAT YOU SAY TO YOUR KIDS
Do you ever stop to think about things that were said to you when you were a kid? The words we say can really impact them in one way or another, or at least conjure up ideas that go way … Continue reading
NO MORE DARKNESS
ORIGINAL ART & POETRY BY PAUL & KATHY BOECHER© A world shrouded in darkness, enveloped in an everlasting haze, Closing in with its heavy cape of weight and anxiety, Never ceasing to control us, Holding tightly as we sink further into the bottomless pit, … Continue reading
WHY BLOG?
When I started blogging three years ago, I never dreamed it would become such a time consuming endeavor. I’ve always felt strongly about certain issues, yet never felt comfortable confronting them face to face with others. Writing has allowed me … Continue reading
GOD LIVES

MY BASEMENT IS A DUNGEON
(This is not actually our basement, but looks sort of like it.) We moved from the city last fall, into a farm house which was originally built in 1875. This little treasure was almost completely destroyed during the tornado of … Continue reading
LET’S TALK
The cartoon reminds me of a situation when my husband owned his own business. He was dressed in his grubbies, painting the lettering on his front door, when a salesman arrogantly pushed him aside and asked to speak to the … Continue reading
MY GOD IS AN AWESOME GOD
My God is an awesome God. He can be seen everywhere. His breath is in the wind, His voice is the powerful sound of thunder in the midst of a storm and the quiet sound of raindrops as they fall … Continue reading
