As I reach the end of my years, I find I have a lot of good information stored up in this old decrepit mind of mine. If I don't write it all down, it may vanish and no one will have the advantage of my thoughts. This is why this blog exists. I love the Lord, Jesus with all my heart and soul. I know I'm undeserving of all He's done for me, but I also know that His love is beyond my comprehension. I've always wanted to write. I never kept diaries, but tucked my thoughts in my head for future reference. I use them now in creating stories, plays, poetry and my blog. I continue to learn every day. I believe the compilation of our time spent with God will have huge affect on the way we live. I know I'm a sinner and I need a Savior. I have One through Jesus, Christ. My book, "Stages - a memoir," is about the seven stages of life from the perspective of a woman. It addresses all the things girls and women go through in life as they travel it with Jesus, and it is available on Amazon.com.

WRITERS’ FUNNIES
My relationship with auto-correct has ended. I no longer proof read my posts, because I know he is going to change them to suit his own purposes anyway.
WHICH ONE ARE YOU?
A stereotype is defined as an over-simplified or standardized conception of a culture, profession or group. How often do we categorize people? For example, everyone knows that cops and donuts go together – right? The Italian people are all members of the Mafia. … Continue reading
THE BATTLE OF TWO WOLVES
I’ve always been interested in Schizophrenia. My mother in law suffered from it. She established a second personality, with a different name, to stand in when she couldn’t take responsibility for her own actions. It seems to be a genuine inner conflict … Continue reading

A BEAUTY OR A BEAST?
“Happiness is a sunbeam which may pass through a thousand bosoms without losing a particle of its original ray; nay, when it strikes on a kindred heart, like the converged light on a mirror, it reflects itself with redoubled brightness. … Continue reading
SING TO THE LORD
I spent weeks at my grandparents’ farm in the summer and am reminded of the crackling sound of the radio whining out some of those ancient spiritual songs of woe. I guess you could call them the blues of the country. Grandma … Continue reading
WHAT’S MISSING IN CHCH? U R!
Church attendance has been dwindling over the past few years. A lot of folks don’t think it’s necessary to participate in corporate worship. Many young people feel the church is full of hypocrites and those who live much differently outside … Continue reading

Dawn Jones at INSPIRATION with an ATTITUDE had an interesting post today about tolerance. It got me to thinking how the devil works and what he’s done slowly sifting through humanity with his minions. His ideology would seem to be spreading … Continue reading
