As I reach the end of my years, I find I have a lot of good information stored up in this old decrepit mind of mine. If I don't write it all down, it may vanish and no one will have the advantage of my thoughts. This is why this blog exists. I love the Lord, Jesus with all my heart and soul. I know I'm undeserving of all He's done for me, but I also know that His love is beyond my comprehension. I've always wanted to write. I never kept diaries, but tucked my thoughts in my head for future reference. I use them now in creating stories, plays, poetry and my blog. I continue to learn every day. I believe the compilation of our time spent with God will have huge affect on the way we live. I know I'm a sinner and I need a Savior. I have One through Jesus, Christ. My book, "Stages - a memoir," is about the seven stages of life from the perspective of a woman. It addresses all the things girls and women go through in life as they travel it with Jesus, and it is available on Amazon.com.

THE YOUNG & RESTLESS SHEPHERDS . . .
This is a rerun of what will probably be posted annually. It is a wonderful memory from several years ago, that will remain in my mind forever. There’s nothing like a Christmas pageant with children that seems to ignite all … Continue reading
THE MESSIAH IS HERE – PART THREE
The characters in these daily postings are fictional. I enjoy understanding the makeup of various characters – how they dress – how they talk – what they think and how they relate to others. The stories are taken from actual … Continue reading
I DON’T WANT TO BE A SHEEP
I’ve had the opportunity to direct several Christmas pageants over the years and one thing is for sure. No one wants to be a sheep. Sheep are stubborn – they stray from the flock and get in trouble – they … Continue reading
MY SHEPHERD IS MY KING . . .
This beautiful relief carving was installed in January, 2003 at Bay Pines Lutheran School, in Bay Pines, Florida. A friend recently sent photos of it so I’m sharing it with a poem I wrote to go along with it. Paul … Continue reading
A LAMB WITHOUT DEFECT
For centuries before the Messiah’s birth, the perfect sacrifice presented before the God of Abraham was an innocent little lamb. This would be the payment brought before God to ransom mankind from the hold of sin, but it was a … Continue reading
GOD IS WITH US!
We travel this life talking to, relying on and trusting God, but the thought of actually meeting Him face to face is often inconceivable. God loves us so much that He took on human flesh – went through the trauma of … Continue reading
BREATHLESS
Shepherds fending off their sleep, while they tended all their sheep. Suddenly were startled by the hosts of angels in the sky. “Do not fear,” was said to them – “We bring good news and peace to men.” They followed God’s bright star above … Continue reading
