As I reach the end of my years, I find I have a lot of good information stored up in this old decrepit mind of mine. If I don't write it all down, it may vanish and no one will have the advantage of my thoughts. This is why this blog exists. I love the Lord, Jesus with all my heart and soul. I know I'm undeserving of all He's done for me, but I also know that His love is beyond my comprehension. I've always wanted to write. I never kept diaries, but tucked my thoughts in my head for future reference. I use them now in creating stories, plays, poetry and my blog. I continue to learn every day. I believe the compilation of our time spent with God will have huge affect on the way we live. I know I'm a sinner and I need a Savior. I have One through Jesus, Christ. My book, "Stages - a memoir," is about the seven stages of life from the perspective of a woman. It addresses all the things girls and women go through in life as they travel it with Jesus, and it is available on Amazon.com.

IT’S NEVER TOO LATE TO SET NEW GOALS
We’re coming to the end of another year and its easy for us to wish to clean the slate and start over. As we get older in years, it becomes harder and harder to set new goals and follow unfulfilled … Continue reading
WHAT HAVE WE GOT TO BE THANKFUL FOR?
It certainly would seem that this Thanksgiving doesn’t give us a lot to be thankful for. We’re basically going into lockdown again. We’re not being permitted to gather with our families and loved ones. We’re seeing an economy slowly dying … Continue reading
WHAT LIES AHEAD?
My first memory of singing in church is a hymn which has stayed with me throughout my life. Every time I sing or hear this hymn, it gives me confidence for the future. The words indicate that I’m just passing … Continue reading
COVID19 DEPRESSION
The fears that are associated with this pandemic are far greater than the disease itself. We’ve taken all kinds of precautions. We’ve followed the rules and stayed home as much as possible. We haven’t attended church services (which I personally … Continue reading
I CAN’T WAIT
I have a real problem with patience. It all started when I was a child at this time of the year and it seemed an eternity until Christmas. I have to admit, I sneaked a peek a time or two and … Continue reading
