As I reach the end of my years, I find I have a lot of good information stored up in this old decrepit mind of mine. If I don't write it all down, it may vanish and no one will have the advantage of my thoughts. This is why this blog exists. I love the Lord, Jesus with all my heart and soul. I know I'm undeserving of all He's done for me, but I also know that His love is beyond my comprehension. I've always wanted to write. I never kept diaries, but tucked my thoughts in my head for future reference. I use them now in creating stories, plays, poetry and my blog. I continue to learn every day. I believe the compilation of our time spent with God will have huge affect on the way we live. I know I'm a sinner and I need a Savior. I have One through Jesus, Christ. My book, "Stages - a memoir," is about the seven stages of life from the perspective of a woman. It addresses all the things girls and women go through in life as they travel it with Jesus, and it is available on Amazon.com.

MODERN DAY PHARASEES?
Has the modern day church become like the Pharasees of Jesus’ time? It’s sad to think of this happening, but in most organized religions it has. We become so wrapped up in the law of God’s Word and traditions of days gone … Continue reading
MOVE ON
To many, New Year’s Eve is a time for a do-over. We all have things we want to change or make better in the future. In fact, every day should really be considered an opportunity to begin fresh. Why wait until … Continue reading
DELIVER US FROM EVIL
Someone once wisely said, “Relying on the government to protect your privacy is like asking a peeping Tom to install your window blinds.” Every day we hear about how our privacy is being invaded. The internet, the IRS and identity … Continue reading
IMAGINE
Have you ever looked at clouds and watched “them come to life right before your eyes? It’s something most of us do as children, but can still enjoy as we grow older. Last night as we were driving home, I … Continue reading
IT’S NOT FAIR
An unsinkable ship carrying immense numbers of unsuspecting people crashes into an ice berg and sinks to the bottom of the ocean. A huge squadron of Japanese planes incessantly bombs an island in the South Pacific causing great loss to American life. … Continue reading
LETTING GO
A couple years ago, a new Disney movie came out called “Frozen.” I haven’t yet seen it, but I’ve heard the one most popular song from the story. These words from “Let it Go” talk about giving up past things and … Continue reading
