As I reach the end of my years, I find I have a lot of good information stored up in this old decrepit mind of mine. If I don't write it all down, it may vanish and no one will have the advantage of my thoughts. This is why this blog exists. I love the Lord, Jesus with all my heart and soul. I know I'm undeserving of all He's done for me, but I also know that His love is beyond my comprehension. I've always wanted to write. I never kept diaries, but tucked my thoughts in my head for future reference. I use them now in creating stories, plays, poetry and my blog. I continue to learn every day. I believe the compilation of our time spent with God will have huge affect on the way we live. I know I'm a sinner and I need a Savior. I have One through Jesus, Christ. My book, "Stages - a memoir," is about the seven stages of life from the perspective of a woman. It addresses all the things girls and women go through in life as they travel it with Jesus, and it is available on Amazon.com.

LUKE 16 THE REALITY OF HEAVEN & HELL

SPOOKY TIME OF THE YEAR
I just finished stage managing “Sleepy Hollow, the Musical.” The title itself gives way to things that go bump in the night, yet there is the relief of turning this scary tale into a fun filled musical. Halloween happens this … Continue reading
A MAN OF GOD

ONE MORE ANGEL IN HEAVEN
About a year ago, a few of us ladies from church decided to get together socially once a week. We’ve grown from a small group of three to a total of about 8 depending on who is available. We usually … Continue reading
ALELLUIA, HE IS RISEN!
The cross becomes a distant memory. Was it worth it? There was no greater sacrifice. Our holy God took on human flesh, lived a perfect life, was hailed by many and scorned by more. He took our place and carried … Continue reading
SHE ROSE AND SERVED HIM
READ MATTHEW 8:14-15 Jesus had chosen Peter to be His first disciple and obviously had a special connection with him. So much so, that He often ate with Peter and his family. Yes, Peter was a married man and still he … Continue reading

THE SIMPLE TRUTH
The simplicity of the Gospel often boggles the mind. We are expected to believe something extraordinary – inconceivable – impossible. We delude ourselves into thinking there has to be more to it than just a childlike faith, but the truth … Continue reading

Wouldn’t it be nice if we could simply erase the events of the past? Wouldn’t it be wonderful if Mondays indicated a new start – a fresh beginning? If all the world could take one minute, one second to … Continue reading

Elizabeth was no spring chicken. In fact she was well beyond menopause and her prayer for a child had never been answered – a stigma for women of her time. She probably had given up. When given the news that she would bear … Continue reading
EVERYTHING IS GAINED UNDER THE SON
I find it interesting that time is supposed to move us ahead, but it really doesn’t? In reality, time just repeats itself and history sometimes returns to haunt us. It seems that we go in circles and continue to make … Continue reading
