Every once in a while I take one of those Facebook tests.  Today I came upon one that is suppose to be a quote which will define your life in the coming year.  Of course we can’t determine our future.  It’s already been mapped out by God.  Anyway I took the test and this was my quote – not written by me – but it was rather inspiring, since next year is going to be like a fresh start for me.

The quote belongs to Jennifer Lee – screen writer and film maker of the Disney movie, “Frozen.” She has many other film credits attached to her name and in a short life of 44 years has achieved many of her pursuits.

I will soon be in hot pursuit of what sets my soul on fire.  I haven’t got a clue what God has in mind for me, but I know it will be good.  He’s carried me through 74 years.  We don’t know the span of days God will allow us on this planet, but whatever time we have should be to make a difference in someone’s life – to tell them about God’s amazing love and sacrifice –  trust that God is going to take care of us.

My lifetime is not a list of accomplishments like Jennifer Lee’s, but I know that whatever God’s plan is, it will take hold of me and help me inspire others.  I still have breath in my lungs, my heart is still beating, God has granted me good health and I know He’ll be leading the way for my future now and in eternity.
