A fresh coating of snow is a great reminder of how God washes the darkness of sin from our hearts. His blood makes us whiter than snow.

Life is a patchwork of moments — laughter, solitude, everyday joys, and quiet aches. Through scribbled stories, I explore travels both far and inward, from sunrise over unfamiliar streets to the comfort of home. This is life as I see it, captured in ink and memory. Stick around; let's wander together.
God's amazing grace removes walls and replaces those barriers with Jesus, freedom from sin's consequences, freedom to forgive, and freedom to love unconditionally.

This artist is my husband. I’m very proud of his work and it is so inspiring because of its spiritual nature. Thanks for your compliment. I’ll pass it along.

He’s been an artist for most of his life. He started out working in advertising and when the economy took a dive in 1991 his own business failed. We lost everything and had to start reinventing ourselves at the age of 50. He started sculpting in wood again and became quite successful selling some commissions. He now paints everyday. He has a great love for the Lord and I think that comes through in his work. God always has been with us through good and bad time. Thanks for your interest.

What an awesome story. Will you (or have you already) written about this? Lessons learned? God’s faithfulness?

I have written a memoir. It’s called “Stages – a Memoir” by Kathy Boecher and it’s available at Amazon. Lots of life lessons in my entire life so far. Maybe I should do his biography next.
