As I reach the end of my years, I find I have a lot of good information stored up in this old decrepit mind of mine. If I don't write it all down, it may vanish and no one will have the advantage of my thoughts. This is why this blog exists. I love the Lord, Jesus with all my heart and soul. I know I'm undeserving of all He's done for me, but I also know that His love is beyond my comprehension.
I've always wanted to write. I never kept diaries, but tucked my thoughts in my head for future reference. I use them now in creating stories, plays, poetry and my blog.
I continue to learn every day. I believe the compilation of our time spent with God will have huge affect on the way we live. I know I'm a sinner and I need a Savior. I have One through Jesus, Christ.
My book, "Stages - a memoir," is about the seven stages of life from the perspective of a woman. It addresses all the things girls and women go through in life as they travel it with Jesus, and it is available on Amazon.com.
“Uncorrupted intersections – undefiled throughout the years,
Crevices and great projections set tightly in a veil of tears,
Tears descending from the Father as He watches His dear Son.” Kathy, the words you write are a gift from God. Are your poems and Paul’s paintings published?
No we have not done that yet. It’s on my bucket list. I am not fond of rejection, so when I get some, it deflates me like a spent balloon. Maybe someday. Your words of encouragement are enough.
I’ve read so many, Kathy. And yours is some of my favorite! I’m not fond of rejection either. But I think you could self-publish on Amazon fairly easy. I’m self-publishing my kid’s book. I’d like to take my anecdotal and make a devotion for women. You are never too old or young to dream! ❤️💚💛
I’m reaching out for sponsorship. I’m going to self-publish using Blurb printing. And then do e-book. I’m trying to do it as cheap as I can. I know Publishing on Amazon is free. The software isn’t too bad. But I know my kid’s series is going to have to be sold strictly by me. I’m learning through marketing classes that I’m advocating my work~not selling myself! I’m learning so much. But I place all my faith in God. It will be what it will be! 💛❤️
I wish you the richest of God’s blessings in this endeavor. Your humility is admirable and yes I’m sure your kids books will be well received. Keep the faith and keep on pressing on.

I'm a retiree in his seventies. That may not be significant to many, since there is a bunch of us Baby Boomers around. However, in the year 2,000, when I received a diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma, I expected to be dead in three to five years.

Thanks for your kind encouragement. Maybe someone will publish my works and Paulson when we die. They’re supposed to have more value then.
