NOVEMBER 3RD – BLESSINGS
Today I thank God for the blessing of family. Our three children are no longer kids. They have, however, grown into amazing adults with great work ethics, strong faith in God, compassionate, loving, caring and faithful attributes they bring to their own families now. When I think of those growing up years and all the goof ups, I made in the parenting department, I thank God that He was there in their bringing up. Without His direction, who knows how they would’ve turned out. Each one is different. Each unique. Each one with their own temperament, personality and goals. Each one is dear to me and will be until my dying day. When it seems that parenting isn’t always worth it, remind yourself that you are not alone in the process. Persistent prayer and faith in God will make all the difference in the world.

As I reach the end of my years, I find I have a lot of good information stored up in this old decrepit mind of mine. If I don't write it all down, it may vanish and no one will have the advantage of my thoughts. This is why this blog exists. I love the Lord, Jesus with all my heart and soul. I know I'm undeserving of all He's done for me, but I also know that His love is beyond my comprehension.
I've always wanted to write. I never kept diaries, but tucked my thoughts in my head for future reference. I use them now in creating stories, plays, poetry and my blog.
I continue to learn every day. I believe the compilation of our time spent with God will have huge affect on the way we live. I know I'm a sinner and I need a Savior. I have One through Jesus, Christ.

Your girls are so pretty. I love their hair. And they smile like their Mama. I think your son may look like Dad. That is a very special picture. You are blessed to have it. Nov. 3 was my Mother’s birthday. A special day! ❤️

With so many broken families these days, you have something so special to be thankful for. It is sorry to say a rare occurrence to have a blessed family, and such a great husband. You are extremely blessed!
