What are you thankful for today? Sometimes we have to search really hard to be grateful for anything. It is then that we should remember how much those little blessings really mean. When life is filled with chaos – when it seems there is no hope – when we bring up the negative and bury the positive – when there is nothing to look forward to – thank God for all the gifts He has willingly given to you. Continuing this series on gratitude, life is never without hope for those who love God. His blessings endure for an eternity.

Each day our hearts should swell with joy, for treasures that we hold,
And count the blessings God employs, much greater than pure gold,
The gifts within His creation, the untouched land and trees,
The waters with deep hydration, the tender, soothing breeze,
The forests untouched by mankind, a habitat for life,
Protected by the Mastermind, who shields them from all strife,
For cities and towns we live in, for things we eat and drink,
For sharing, loving and helping, when lives hang on the brink,
Through laughter and tears we give thanks, God gives us a way out,
When we seem to fall through the ranks, His Word turns us about.
Through sickness and health He molds us, the potter and His clay,
With His strong hands He enfolds us, and brings us through each day,
He guides us through dark shadows, and leads us safely home,
He offers us a sweet repose, upon a royal throne,
So, turn your thoughts to gratitude, for all that God has done,
To make the road much easier, through His own precious Son.

I came here to find you. I’m thankful for that. Seeing Paul’s painting, reading your words,…of truth, God’s love, and the promise we have in the blessings that are right in front of us. Mama, I miss you. A dear friend lost her husband unexpectedly, today in my cancer group, a member has hospice called in ,…just as Paul lives, and you, with this service and uncertainty, we are certain of this~our eternal home with Jesus. Thank you for blessing me and so many others. I love you.♥️🙏🏻

It’s my blessing, Mama K. You are my inspiration! Jewels of Denial and a Halloween episode. How fun! I’m praying so much for all of us. I pray I can handle my drive, giving my scans and new symptoms to God~ just as I know you and Paul do. With each new season comes opportunity. I always love learning. And I know, as I “advance” in other things, I’m living life to the fullest; just as you too. Thank you for praying and supporting me. I’m so happy we’re walking this journey together.
