We join our hands together,

Hands that have grown wrinkled and leathered with time,

Still the touch of your skin against mine delights and excites,

The broken, withered digits, which over time have grown weary,

The tightness of your grip,

The support and comfort it gives,

Walk with me, my love,

Our days are growing shorter,

Our nights seem to last forever.

As sleep become a fortress of sorts,

Walk with me upon this mortal coil,

While we still have life within us,

Our paths will meet again, my love,

When heaven opens wide its gates,

Where we shall walk eternally together,

With new bodies,

New life,

Newness that will never age.

I believe the compilation of our time spent with God will have huge affect on the way we live. I know I'm a sinner and I need a Savior. I have One through Jesus, Christ. My book, "Stages - a memoir," is about the seven stages of life from the perspective of a woman. It addresses all the things girls and women go through in life as they travel it with Jesus, and it is available on
